Photographer, Aspiring Architect and Mountain Lover.

Based in Montreal, Valérie Derome Massé is a 26 year old aspiring architect who holds a Master’s degree in Architecture at Carleton University in Ottawa. She defended her thesis "Hybridity is Dead! Long Live Hybridity" in January 2016 which explores the potential of hybridity in architecture to create new alliances between programs and their capacity to create innovative urban forms.

Besides her love for architecture and architecture visualisation, Valérie has developed over the past years a passion for visual storytelling and photography. Her focus lies primarly with landscape, wildlife and lifestyle photography. While her goal is to seek the uniqueness in things, Valérie creates unexpected images using scenic elements of nature and challenges photography.
